Auckland Council’s design system – a digital system that offers a unified language and structured framework to help guide teams through the process of creating digital products for Auckland Council.

As a design lead, I guided and supported the development of the design system. Collaborating in a cross functional team, we developed a design system that is robust and flexible. It is able to accommodate multiple digital products across the business while maintaining consistency and coherence across the product suite. This encourages a more streamlined design process and ensures the user journey is more consistent, building towards a positive customer experience each time.
